A highly reputable and successful Private Equity Firm are seeking a proactive and professional Receptionist/Office Administrator to join their front of house team.

This is a client facing role where you will become the face of the company, this will require of you to remain professional and efficient throughout. You will need to be articulate, intellectual and driven!

Playing an integral role within the office you will be:

  • Being the first point of call on the phone
  • Meeting, greeting and managing guest experience, ensuring perfection
  • Managing meeting rooms bookings, resolving clashes, and preparing rooms
  • Liaising with other support staff to talk about the day’s meetings, objectives and priorities and any materials needed
  • Dealing and handling all enquiries via email
  • Support the Office Manager to a high degree
  • Printing, binding and presentation editing for analysts

It is essential that you are dynamic and versatile and can juggle many different tasks at once. Ideally you will have similar experience as a Receptionist, which will enable you to hit the ground running.

Initially needed on a three month basis, there is scope to be employed permanently.
