A prestigious International Law Firm is looking to hire a new Graduate Recruitment Officer to join the London office on an initial 6 Month FTC starting ASAP.  Responsibilities will include assisting with screening of online graduate recruitment applications, maintaining graduate recruitment inbox daily, respond to all telephone enquiries from candidates, organising  the training contract assessment centres to include all relevant materials are ready for the day and each assessment centre, administer online psychometric tests to candidates attending interviews for the training contract assessment centres, produce training contract offer letters, administer the offer and acceptance process,  organise the annual law fair and campus events schedule, attending law fairs, organise artwork for publications.  Other duties include organise and facilitate the week long informal work experience schemes and ad hoc work experience requests throughout the firm, organise and participate in open days, attend network sessions and events with the diversity partner organisations, organise payment of tuition fees, maintenance grants and the reimbursement of deposits for future trainees, organise and attend future trainee social events, send out joining instructions to future trainees and manage joiner and leaver process, supporting the manager with administrative during bi-annual qualification and seat moving process, keeping the HR system up to date.  This role will also focus on experienced hire recruitment with responsibilities including supporting the team with business services and secretarial recruitment, ensuring relevant approvals are obtained from global stakeholders, monitoring recruitment inboxes, maintaining record of all CVs and the status of applications, posting vacancies on the intranet, act as point of contact in liaising with agencies, assist in preparing job descriptions, review agency preferred supplier list, log and report on recruitment costs. Candidates must be educated to degree level or equivalent and must have a minimum of two years’ experience working within a similar background within a professional services environment, preferably a law firm.  Candidates must have strong administrative, verbal, written and communication skills.
