Our client a boutique Construction consultancy firm is looking for a versatile Office Manager to join their team in Dubai. We are looking for a native English speaker with at least 3 years’ experience ideally in a similar industry (construction/ Oil & Gas). MUST have UAE driving licence. Immediately available candidates preferred.
This is an exciting role if you are looking for a new opportunity to gain more knowledge and experience for an expanding company. You will be in charge of the day to day running of the office ensuring it is running effectively, you will be reporting to the Company Director.
We are looking for a native English speaker with UAE experience with an outstanding work ethic, one who attends to work and completes tasks effectively and efficiently with less supervision.
Knowledge of accounting software would be ideal but not a necessity, presentable and good English language skills spoken and written.
Responsibilities
• Organising meetings and managing databases
• Booking transport and accommodation
• Organising company events or conferences
• Ordering stationery and furniture
• Dealing with correspondence, complaints and queries
• Preparing letters, presentations and reports
• Supervising and monitoring the work of administrative staff
• Managing office budgets
• Liaising with staff, suppliers and clients
• Implementing and maintaining procedures/office administrative systems
