Office Manager
Are you an experienced and dedicated Office Manager within professional services? An exciting opportunity has arisen to work for a west end based financial services company as an Office Manager. This is a high level role in a company that is fast growing and thus the successful candidate will be at the centre of faciliting change and development and be IT savvy.
With international scope you will manage the London office with oversight of two other european offices. You will manage the front of house team, manage all facilities and stakeholder relationships, budgets, manage the training schedule and be IT savvy. Due to growth there will be a forthcoming floor extension to be managed as well as IT/equipment upgrades. Previous experience and exposure to these areas will be advantageous.
This is a role for a confident individual who has the gravitas and experience to take this role on and proactively contribute towards the growth of the company.
Duties to include:
- Full facilities management to include health and safety, supplier management and review, training schedules, procurement
- Manage a front of house team
- Manage stakeholder relationships internally and externally
- Projects such as space expansion and business continuity plans
- Budgetary controls
- Oversee european offices and occasional travel
