Team Coordinator Responsibilities:

Whilst the strong focus will be on staff support and administrative duties, you will have exposure to clients, senior staff and much of the company processes allowing you to gain a great overall understanding of the industry. Duties will range from:

  • General administration
  • Answering client queries
  • Preparing client material
  • Diary management
  • Adhoc event management duties
  • Preparing for and helping with induction of new staff

Team Coordinator Experience

Our client is looking to recruit a bright, sociable and articulate candidate who is capable of and enjoys liaising with all types of different people – whether it be colleagues, managers, clients or candidates.  As well as being a people-person who can communicate professionally and eloquently you will also be efficient, organised and will be able to manage multiple, often-changing, priorities in a fast-paced, sometimes demanding but always very friendly environment.

The role is incredibly diverse with a balance of administration, client liaison, autonomy and team work all making up the day-to-day position. If you’re flexible, unflappable, friendly and fun then this role is for you. Our client is also looking for someone with a very good grasp of Microsoft Office Suite. There is also the opportunity to develop in this role and grow within the company over time.

Our client is a global executive search firm that works across multiple sectors. Whilst they are a large and well-established firm they have retained a boutique feel. The service they offer is professional, personable and approachable.

This role is based in their prestigious, open-plan offices in London. You will be working with 2 teams which are made up of 4-6 people each. The London office itself has roughly 65 employees currently.

Company hours are 8.30 am – 6.00 pm. The office environment is sociable, and staff are managed in a professional and supportive manner.
