Executive Assistant – 12 month FTC

A truly amazing opportunity has arisen for a first-class Executive Assistant to join a leading firm in Manchester, supporting a senior manager within the business. This is a 1:1 role and so the candidate must have proven experience within a secretarial role already, ideally for at least five years.

Duties will include;

• Diary management to Senior Manager
• Minute taking and attending Board meetings
• Booking internal and external meetings
• Occasionally attending meetings out of the office with boss
• Liaising with Senior Leadership Team and other senior stakeholders
• Booking travel and producing itineraries
• Rearranging an everchanging diary
• General administration duties

Skills required;

• MS Office knowledge
• At least 5 years’ experience in a similar role
• Confident
• Ability to work to tight deadlines and deal with an ever-changing diary
• Ability to work under pressure
