We are recruiting for an Engineering Consultancy based in central London. This is an ongoing temporary role starting ASAP.

Duties:

Responsible for arranging meetings for the team - Coordinates meeting
set-ups e. booking conference rooms, AV equipment, and ordering
lunches.

  • Manages project calendar and contact lists
  • Preparing/modifying/assisting with meeting minutes, project reports,
  • project presentations, spreadsheets, tables and ensuring they comply
  • with company Management System and project specific requirements.
  • Assists in formatting and presentation skills for written documents
  • Booking travel
  • Assistance with occasional events
  • Management of senior leaders diaries
  • Other ad hoc administrative support as required
  • Booking meeting rooms and sending out invites to project meetings
  • Liaising with AV / IT support / Catering for meetings as needed
  • Ensuring external visitors are registered with reception
  • Greeting/meeting external visitors and escorting to meeting as needed
  • Assist team members with formatting of word /excel documents
  • Help team members assemble final pdf documents for issue

you will ideally have experience within project s and will be available for interview immediately
