Based in very smart West End offices, we are looking for a Senior Roadshow and Events Specialist to join a leading investment firm. The Senior Roadshow and Events Specialist is a new role and will be part of a global team, responsible for developing and executing a variety of corporate access meetings and events across the European Region. This includes internal conferences, roadshows and bespoke trips.
The Senior Roadshow and Events Specialist will partner with the Corporate Access team on execution of all corporate access events and will directly engage with Investment Professionals, Corporates, Investor Relations and Brokers to develop internal conference and meeting schedules. The successful candidate will need to manage logistics from beginning to end, develop and maintain data reporting and other administrative duties as required.
We are looking for a Senior Roadshow and Events Specialist with extensive experience in the finance industry and experience of working in corporate access execution and meeting and event coordination. There is travel involved in the role and European languages are desirable.
