Customer Service Assistant
£10ph, based in Central London.
A luxury brand based in Central London are looking for a customer service assistant based in their head office to join their team on a temporary basis for four months.
What you'll do:
· Main point of contact for our Live Chat customer queries
· Handling and resolving consumer queries via phone and email.
· Arranging product repairs and replacements.
· Processing and managing product returns.
· General office management tasks (post office, stationery orders etc.).
· Point of contact for visitors and office enquiries.
· Assisting in the shop during busy periods- adhoc when needed
Working hours:
Tuesday - Friday: 9am - 6pm
Saturdays: 11am - 6pm
