This is an incredible opportunity for a world-class travelling Private Personal Assistant to support a Switzerland-Based ultra-high net worth individual. Our client is a hugely successful international businessman, who is frequently travelling internationally and is looking for a right-hand Private PA to accompany him at all times. You will be an all-round support to his private life, and be flexible for frequent global travel, discreet, reliable and able to manage multiple properties, yachts and private jets. You will be proactive and always be one step ahead to make sure the Principal’s life runs smoothly, whilst being boundaried and ensuring all matters are managed with professionalism and urgency.

Duties include:

  • Complex diary and calendar management
  • Manage frequent travel requirements and itineraries – including private jets and yachts.
  • International property and yacht management – including management of private staff
  • Liaise with all staff and build excellent working relationships.
  • Manage all finances, bills, expenses, and handle all payments on behalf of the Principal.
  • Scheduling and making all restaurant and hotel bookings at desired locations.
  • Manage mail & correspondence
  • Event planning and execution (Christmas parties, dinners, social events, etc.)
  • Project management and willingness to turn your hand to new challenges
  • Personal and lifestyle management
  • Run errands when required
  • 24/7 availability

Essential Criteria:

  • Previous experience as a Private Personal Assistant supporting a HNWI
  • Experience of private jet and yacht management
  • Flexibility to travel regularly and often at last minute notice
  • A valid passport
  • Discreet, reliable and hard-working
  • Well-presented and articulate, able to liaise at all levels professionally.
  • Fluency in English and excellent communication skills
  • Multitasker who can remain calm under pressure
  • Staff and property management
  • A proactive self-starter who is able to work autonomously.
