A fabulous, boutique finance company is looking for a sparky junior PA/Office Manager to join their ever expanding and exciting team.

WHAT YOU’LL DO:
This is a busy EA/ Front of House role with lots of variety, so you’ll be the kind of person who enjoys keeping on their toes and using initiative! Typical duties include:

PA/ Office Management
  • Assist in management of executive calendars
  • Where required act as a first point of contact dealing with correspondence and phone calls on behalf of the CEO
  • Meeting and greeting visitors at all levels of seniority
  • General administration duties to include company filing and IT systems and databases
  • Booking and arranging travel, transport and accommodation
  • Reminding the CEO of important tasks and deadlines
  • To assist where required with the typing, preparation and distribution of reports, presentations, agendas and minutes
  • To complete expenses on behalf of the CEO
  • To ensure the smooth running of the office including health and safety, monitoring expenditure, procurement of supplies and equipment, general office administration, office setup, mailing and postage
  • Acting as a point person for the IT administration including liaising with the IT support contractor around IT issues and equipment ordering
Marketing Assistance
  • Assist in updating product and company literature and website
  • Assist in the development of Kuber’s application of Social Media
  • Assist with arranging seminars and events, ensuring all relevant material is available and disseminated if required
  • To assist with the coordination of webinars, seminars and other marketing campaigns as requested
  • Responsible for the reporting of specific marketing management information

To be successful, you will have a bit of previous office experience. You will be first and foremost, willing to learn, engaging and have a good sense of humour.
