Executive Assistant to HNW Property Entrepreneur W1

An outstanding opportunity has arisen to join this HNW family business based in W1.  Supporting father & son (mainly the son) in their property investment business.  The family mainly deal with residential but also advise on commercial property with the onus on acquisition, renovation and disposal of property.  This is a fast paced and hands on role for someone demonstrated property experience of 2years+ and wanting more than just an EA role.  You will be involved in all aspects of the company business and also give the boss some private support when required (25%)  Supporting with a fluid and very busy diary, international travel & itineraries, expenses, attend meetings, take minutes and follow up on key action points.You will liaise with HNW clients, source properties (mainly Mayfair, Kensington, Chelsea) liaise with contractors during refurbishments.  Well spoken and presented is essential with great business acumen and negotiation skills.  Flexible with an upbeat and proactive style of working who gets things done without a fuss.  This is a great opportunity as for the right individual there is the prospect of being involved in the business with share options in the future.  Top role for top Property PA with much to offer.  Start asap.
