Financial Services Adviser

Financial Services Administrator 

Location - North London, close to Hampstead

Salary - Up to £30,000 per annum 

Our client is looking for an experienced Financial Services Administrator, who has previously worked for an Independent Financial Adviser. 

The successful candidate will have the following experience; 

• Excellent customer service and administration skills
• Handling confidential personal and financial information
• Working with Clients, Staff and Professionals at all levels
• Acquiring Client
• Working with client financial data, portfolio valuations, pensions and investments
• Creating information packs
• Maintaining databases, spreadsheets and online systems

As the Financial Services Administrator, you ill be required to;

• Complete application forms and online submissions
• Complete new business checks
• Liaise with clients and providers where appropriate 
• Postal and telephone queries and chasing these up 
• Scanning documents 
• Working with databases 
• Dealing with fund switches/sell downs etc.
• Obtaining valuations
