THE COMPANY
A well-established charity is looking for an exceptional EA for the CEO. The EA would work in their West-End offices with a dynamic, friendly, and sociable team.
THE ROLE
The EA will need to anticipate the CEO’s needs, and will have a varied role. They will be doing extensive diary management and scheduling meetings. They will be line managing two other EAs, and will have to prep briefing docs and presentations, Board plans and agendas, and occasionally attend events with the CEO. They will need to be a true gatekeeper, building relationships with both internal and external stakeholders, VIPs etc of all different levels.
THE CANDIDATE
The successful EA will have experience in a similar role in a matrixed organisation. They will have strong people management skills and will have line managed people previously. They will be extremely efficient and able to multi-task and prioritise. They will be discrete and someone who stays calm under pressure. They must have experience in governance.
PACKAGE
The salary is up to £42k dependant on experience, with a host of benefits including gym discounts and season ticket loans. Hours are 9-5pm, although this candidate would need to be flexible.
