Client Services Assistant
Our client is an established educational institution located in Manchester and is currently looking for a Client Services Assistant to join their team on a temporary basis initially for 3-months, paying £10 p/h.

What will you be doing?
This role would be responsible to deliver the highest level of customer service to students and clients, providing a point of contact for all queries. You will also be responsible for conducting outgoing calls, registering new client and ensuring all key data is present and correct. Some of the main duties of the role will include:
- To support individual students, providing and/or signposting help with a range of financial, academic and social issues.
- Develop relationships with Account /Programme Managers and establish client needs
- To monitor attendance and punctuality and take action where appropriate
- To collate information and data on student progress to inform performance review
About you?
You will be an experienced Client Services Assistant, who is used to dealing with high volumes of client quires via telephone and email. To be considered for this role you will need to demonstrate the following:
- Experience of working with range of different types of client
- Generating reports
- Good working knowledge of a range of IT systems.
- Excellent telephone manner
- Ability to build rapport with range of different types of person
- Professionalism and consistency
- Excellent attention to detail
- Happy working in fast paced demanding environment
