An exceptional position has arisen for a talented, well-presented, corporate-minded German speaking Personal Assistant. You will work in tandem with another PA in providing comprehensive administrative support to the sales team of a global Private Equity firm.

Owing to the nature of the environment which is very fast-paced, this role requires and experienced German speaking Personal Assistant with a proven background of working in similar environments; your focus and attention to details skills will prove extremely valuable in delivering seamless PA/team secretarial support. You will be responsible for co-ordinating detailed travel itineraries, processing expenses for a diverse team, including Executives, Junior Executives and Partners. You will also be scheduling meetings between staff members and managing busy inboxes by utilising your organisational skills to the fullest; meeting and greeting clients, ensuring you communicate clearly and effectively. It is essential for you to have an eye for detail, take initiative in addressing challenging tasks, and demonstrating superb problem solving skills on a daily basis.

Profile

  • Fluent in German and English to mother tongue level (both written and spoken)
  • Previous experience as a German-speaking Team Assistant, PA, Team Secretary, Team PA Personal Assistant or Executive Assistant
  • Proven experience of working in a PA, secretarial or senior administrative function in a fast-paced, multinational, corporate business environment i banking/ private equity/ venture capital/ investment banking/roadshow/ trading or a management consultancy
  • First-class communication skills in German and English
  • Experience of supporting senior managers within a corporate professional services environment
  • Able to work independently without supervision whilst managing precise timeframes and working under pressure
  • Flexible, good work ethics with a genuine team spirit mentality
  • Having a good sense of judgement and excellent prioritisation skills
  • Excellent IT skills, Microsoft Office
