Recruiter In-house Recruiter - with In-house experience

Our client are seeking a Graduate calibre Talent Acquisition Consultant/In-house Recruiter to work autonomously on a large variety of current and future hires within this global insurance firm. This role will be responsible for direct sourcing for specific areas within the business both in the UK and overseas. Requirements for this role are:-

* Solid Recruitment Management experience
* Degree calibre
* Min 5 years within recruitment or Exec Search, In house or RPO environment
* Sound knowledge of HRIS tools and social media
* Knowledge and experience recruiting for roles within the investment management industry
* Knowledge of Taleo advantageous
* Experience of HR beneficial

This is a fantastic firm with a lot of opportunity for work/life balance/working remotely etc. You will identify, source and screen candidates to fill openings within the firm through direct sourcing and agencies/search firms. You will liaise with Hiring Manager re. spec/requirements for roles, compose and post adverts. You must have excellent interpersonal skills and inspire confidence and be confident. You will be self-motivated, pro-active and able to work well under pressure and multi-talk calmly.
