PA TO CEO – CALLING ALL TOP CLASS AGENCY PA/ EA’S!
My client, a super creative and very exciting design agency, based in stunning offices in Central London, is looking for a top class EA to support the CEO and 1 other. This role is a real find – the Execs are both inspiring people wo you can build a real relationship with, the people are almost like a family and the office is fantastic space with bars and breakout areas that inspire creativity and encourage personality.
As EA to the CEO and 1 other, you will support on all things EA so diary, travel, expense and all traditional PA duties should be second nature to you! You will have full control of both inboxes and will be used to coordinating Jenga style diaries as well as getting involved in projects and some very basic (very rare) private duties. Your role will be to keep the CEO on point, afloat and always prepared. You will be the eyes and ears and confidant who knows everything across the agency. This is a real right hand person role in which you can grow and continue building your career.
To be considered for this role you will be a strong PA with excellent top level (C-Suite) experience from agency. You will be approachable and a solutions focused gatekeeper with the ability to manage up and create real trust! You will be used to acting as the ‘go to’ for everything and anything and will thrive in a fast paced and pressurised environment where no two days are the same and priorities are constantly changing. You will relish taking ownership and using your discretion and down to earth personality to make yourself invaluable to the whole office!
