Business Development Coordinator

We are recruiting for a global Engineering/Architectural firm based in the West End of London. This fantastic position is for a Business Development Coordinator to work on an ongoing temporary basis.

This is a great opportunity for someone who has media experience and available to start immediately! You will be supporting a team with a range of tasks from bid coordination to external and internal events. This is a real diverse role where you will liaise with the BD, Marketing and Communications Teams on specific tasks and projects and report into the Business Development Leader daily.

Duties Include;

* Assist in gathering information to inform business plans for the group
* Support the development of relationships with new and existing clients
* Assist in preparing award entries
* Liaise with and compile data from the team on current and upcoming business development activity
* Attend weekly team business development meetings and prepare monthly newsletters
* Prepare content for press releases
* Develop CVs, case studies and project lists
* Organise filming and photoshoots


To be successful for this role it is imperative that you have previous Marketing and Business Development experience and an excellent understanding of Adobe InDesign. The role will also require excellent communication skills, strong writing and proof reading skills and good attention to detail.
