HR Advisor/Senior HR Advisor - Agency

Exciting role for an energetic, proactive and curious HR Advisor/Senior HR Advisor to join a fast paced Agency in Central London. Working with the HR Manager, this person will support the day-to-day operational delivery of all HR activity including recruitment, employee relations, compensation including payroll and benefits, immigration and any additional added value projects.  The opportunity would be perfect for a driven and talented individual who is currently in an advisory role and looking to develop their skills further.

Duties will include (But are not limited to):

• Responsible for the end-to-end recruitment across the business
• Manage the on-boarding process for all permanent new starters and run the HR Inductions
• Work with the creative resources team to ensure freelancers are on-boarded correctly and comply with AWR regulations
• Handle employee relations from start to finish, including maternity/paternity, disciplinaries, grievances from start to finish, escalating to the HRM when appropriate
• Manage probationary reviews with all line managers ensuring they happen on time every time and subsequent paperwork is drafted.
• Provide day to day advice to all line managers on annual reviews and support the process.  Be the first point of contact and escalate when necessary.
• Manage the monthly payroll and work with payroll providers to ensure a smooth process each month
• Support and lead on HR projects, including leading the agency’s wellbeing programme.

We are looking for someone with generalist HR experience gained within a fast paced, high growth agency environment. You will be resilient, professional, comfortable with ambiguity, able to work at pace and be comfortable juggling a varied workload and a broad group of stakeholders.
