Corporate Receptionist - Fabulous City Location

Front of House Receptionist working as part of a team at a global insurance company based in their stunning offices in the City.  This role will suit someone who has fantastic client facing skills and is well presented and well spoken.  If you have previous experience either as a corporate receptionist or a flight attendant or similar role acting as the first point of contact for customers then this role could be of interest.  They are looking to hire an experienced individual with excellent organisational and communication skills.

Primary point of contact for visitors 

Managing meeting rooms

Microsoft package is useful as there will be the occasional document that needs to be prepared

Checking calendars for guests and meetings 

Arranging taxis for staff and guests
