An international media group are looking for a highly experienced, polished and professional EA to join their team, providing seamless support to the Chairman and the MD.
WHAT YOU’LL DO
This is a newly created role in a fast paced environment supporting at the top of the business with an expected 60-70/30-40 split between the Chairman and MD. You will have supported at a senior level, bring a depth of experience and always be 10 steps ahead, running the day-to-day logistics of these two highly impressive individuals. Typical duties include:
This is a senior position providing high level support, you will have proven experience in a similar role, be an efficient problem solver and be able to deal with multiple requests at any given time.

WHAT YOU’LL DO

You will have supported at a senior level, bring a depth of experience and always be 10 steps ahead, running the day-to-day logistics of these two highly impressive individuals. Typical duties include:
- Extensive diary management
- Travel co-ordination – international with detailed and changing itineraries
- Review and manage all correspondence and ensure timely responses
- Deal with high profile individuals across the business and externally
- Build and develop relationship with advisors including agencies, media contacts and journalists
- Manage budgets and expense reports
- Manage internal and external papers and minute meetings
- Prepare content ahead of meetings
- Ad-hoc private duties to the Chairman – restaurant bookings, management of UK and overseas properties, oversee private residences
- Event organisation and involvement across charity
- Assist with speech and letter writing
- Ad-hoc administrative duties
This is a senior position providing high level support, you will have proven experience in a similar role, be an efficient problem solver and be able to deal with multiple requests at any given time.
Essential requirements:
- Extensive experience as a PA – ideally 10+ years
- Experience in coordinating private travel
- Ability to work in an incredibly fast paced environment
- Efficient problem solver
- Proactive nature
- Good use of initiative
- High attention to detail and excellent communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects and strong relationship builder
- Able to travel at short notice (limited requirement)
- Extensive 1:1 or 1:2 support at senior level
- Strong use of Microsoft Office, CRM, Adobe and Apple
- Experience in speech and letter writing
