Customer Service Advisor

We are currently seeking experienced customer service advisors to work for a leading qualification company based in the City. The role itself will be based within the operations team and will be required to provide customers with advice and guidance. The right candidate will have previous customer service experience within an office environment and the ability to work on own initiative and as part of a team. Paying up to £22,000 this is an excellent opportunity for someone who is highly organised and has good listening skills! Duties Include:
Proactively make outbound calls
Process payments
Process all member applications
Point of contact for all customer enquiries
Amending databases
Help with testing online systems
