French Speaking Customer Service Advisor

Calling all Portugese and Franch speakers!

We are looking for a customer service extraordinaire and travel enthusiast for an exciting permanent opportunity based in central Oxford.

If you are business level in either French or Portuguese with previous telephone customer service skills then please send in your CV.

Previous knowledge and keen interest in travel is desirable.

What you'll bring to the team:

Fluency in French and English, both written and spoken

Ability to work shift patterns, including some weekends

Experience of reservation systems would be preferred

Experience of taking calls and writing emails in a Customer Support environment

Any sales experience also advantageous

A positive, friendly and can do attitude is a must!
