Our fantastic International Law Firm client is looking for a new Premises & Facilities Assistant to join their Facilities team, this role is working on a rota basis on shifts between 7.30am – 6.00pm. The key responsibilities for this role are general day to day maintenance of the firms leased space, minor mechanical and electrical problem solving, office moves and changes, maintaining and repairing internal fabrications, preparing and maintaining meeting rooms with hospitality suite to a high standard, to assist with the smooth running of the Facilities Helpdesk logging and resolving calls, to be actively involved in escalating landlord related Helpdesk calls onto the Landlord Facilities Helpdesk, and pursuing these through to their appropriate conclusion, liaising closely with BS Manager to report and shortcomings and shortfalls from the Landlord maintenance team, carrying out planned preventative maintenance duties, actively working with sub-contractors, liaising closely with sub tenants a their service provider. Candidates should have previous facilities, engineering or maintenance environment.
