Maintaining office services by organising and being responsible for controlling operational activity, creating and sustaining a pleasant work environment.

This role will be based on reception, be the first point of contact between guests and clients.

An American global business who specialise in producing pop-culture collectables and figurines.

Description

  • Answer general emails and manage postal correspondence with customers and suppliers.
  • Work closely with main stakeholders.
  • Assist with the day-to-day running of the office.
  • Reception duties, including answering incoming calls, scheduling appointments, receiving clients and booking meeting rooms.
  • Maintaining excellent working relationships with suppliers, and managing all associate budgets and contracts.

Profile

  • Proven experience as an office assistant.
  • Excellent client facing skills.
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office 365 packages.
  • Attention to detail and problem solving skills.
  • Good relationship builder with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Adaptable in a fast paced environment.

Job Offer

£25,000-£30,000 depending on experience plus additional benefits and perks.
