Description
- Answer general emails and manage postal correspondence with customers and suppliers.
- Work closely with main stakeholders.
- Assist with the day-to-day running of the office.
- Reception duties, including answering incoming calls, scheduling appointments, receiving clients and booking meeting rooms.
- Maintaining excellent working relationships with suppliers, and managing all associate budgets and contracts.
Profile
- Proven experience as an office assistant.
- Excellent client facing skills.
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office 365 packages.
- Attention to detail and problem solving skills.
- Good relationship builder with internal and external stakeholders.
- Adaptable in a fast paced environment.
Job Offer
£25,000-£30,000 depending on experience plus additional benefits and perks.
