Our client is seeking a Senior HR Officer to join their innovative, growing and progressive recruitment consultancy based in the City. This company has recently expanded within Europe, with an ever-growing office, they need someone to manage the HR internally.

As the Senior HR Officer, your key responsibilities will be to take full ownership of all internal HR elements. This role will see you juggling multiple HR tasks at any one time and kept very busy.

This is a really exciting time to join the company! One of your first tasks will be to review and modify the company handbook and policies, where your input will be pivotal to the development of the organisation.

Duties include:

• Managing the HR system
• Preparing the relevant paperwork for new starters, leavers, promotions, relocations.
• Collating and sometimes presenting weekly, monthly, quarterly HR reports
• Updating the company Handbook
• Ensuring that all data and information is GDPR compliant
• Managing the onboarding, and offboarding process

There is a huge opportunity to grow within this role as the expansion of the company across Europe, so you will be eager and hugely motivated to strengthen and develop your HR knowledge.

To be considered for this role you must be:

• Degree educated and ideally with a CIPD qualification
• Have a proven track record in HR; ideally at a generalist or consultant level
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Experience in working in a recruitment environment is essential
