We are working with a leading private practice law firm in their search for an Office & Facilities Administrator.
The role will ensure the smooth day to day operations of the office and support all staff with any office and facilities related duties.
Duties will include:
- Meeting & Greeting clients
- Sorting incoming and outgoing post
- Handling incoming and outgoing couriers
- Coordinating inter-company couriers
- Assisting with events management
- Assisting with charity events
- Managing meeting room diaries
- Assisting PAs and Paralegals with ad-hoc administration
- Filing
- Petty cash
Candidates should have:
- Excellent communication skills
- Transferrable experience gained from a professional services firm
- A methodical approach
