Head of Operations for a luxury brand

Leading luxury brand are looking to hire a Head of Facilities & Operations to oversee the running of 3 offices and mastermind a complex office refurbishment project.

You will be responsible for all the facilities and operations side of the business with the assistance of an office manager for over 200 staff and with around 10 direct reports.  It is essential you have experience in a complex office move and project management of office refurbishments. You will need excellent logistical skills, technical construction knowledge, procurement, understanding of IT infrastructure, space planning etc.   Above all this role requires very strong relationship management and people skills and to be used to working in a highly creative and pressurised working environment.
