If you enjoy a creative environment and are looking for a varied and interesting role, then read on.  This award winning firm of architects need a true lynch-pin to run their reception area and take care of all the office admin.  Duties will vary from ordering all the stationery, supplies and lunches, through to coordinating diaries and travel arrangements, looking after the IT, enjoying some HR responsibilities, such as induction and liaising with recruitment agencies. You will also get involved in supporting the marketing team with their projects.  This role will be based on reception and so you will be responsible for taking all the calls and meeting and greeting the firm's clients in a warm and welcoming manner.

The ideal candidate will have had experience of working in a studio environment before.  You should have good IT skills, a professional and positive manner, enjoy being proactive and taking the initiative and be someone who is a real team player, looking to get involved and making a difference.
