A renowned global property consultancy is looking for an Administrator/Assistant Surveyor to join the Estates Management team.
Day to day work will include:
- dealing with all aspects of Estate Management for corporate occupiers
- providing quality customer service
- client reporting
- database management
- undertake property inspections and submit reports
- landlord/tenant liaison
- dealing with finance issues
Candidates must have strong administration experience as well as surveying and property experience.
