Executive Assistant–  Senior partner in consumer and retail sector

This is a senior EA role where you will be a real lynch-pin for the internal team as well as being the hub of activity between all key stakeholders.  The clients vary from leading consumer, retail, luxury ,media and travel ranging from SME’s to multinational organisations.

Looking for someone to act as the go to person for the team and junior level staff and act as ambassador for this high-profile division.

Must have gravitas, have excellent internal communication skills, be a team player who is attentive and supportive. Must be an independent EA who can hit the ground running. The role will also incorporate the organisation of high profile events and client dinners.

This role would suit a bright and pro-active Executive Assistant who enjoys a fast paced, client facing environment. Based in Central London. Must have worked in super-fast paced environments, be highly client facing and accustomed to working within project /process driven environments.

General Executive Assistant key duties:

The role purpose is to facilitate the smooth running of search assignments which includes extensive diary management, client and candidate relationship management; and creation of high quality documents. 

They require an Executive Assistant to fully assist the Partner in each project and understand the specific requirements of each client.

  • Extensive and complex diary management and logistics – liaise with clients and stakeholders throughout the project
  • Utilising the database to update all information on an on-going basis
  • Produce reports and high standard presentations for client pitches
  • Arranging client events/lunches
  • Produce accurate documentation, take meeting notes and action points
  • Build up great relationships both internally and externally to maximise the scope of the position
  • Managing expenses and accounts
  • Collating and organising reports
  • Producing high level of PowerPoint presentations
  • Supporting Partners on various projects
  • Excellent knowledge of Microsoft software - including Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Outlook
