Fantastic opportunity for an energetic, high energy Senior Team Assistant from any industry background, to work in a global investment bank, on their market leading trading floor. Are you looking for a fast paced, demanding and full role where you will always be busy and stretched? This is a team Assistant role, working on the trading floor for a global investment bank, supporting a varied team, seniority from MD to Associate level.  You do not need to have experience of working on a trading floor, however, you must have experience of managing demanding individuals and thrive in a demanding and frenetic work environment. You should take pride in your ability to juggle multiple tasks and find a true sense of achievement in successfully managing the needs of your team who are demanding and have very high expectations. Your day will be nonstop; successfully moving your team across the globe, planning their ever changing diary schedules, managing the demanding client calls and working to the pace and high level demands.

Responsibilities

• Diary management using Outlook
• High volume of phone calls and emails
• Coordinating and scheduling meetings, conferences and special events
• Coordinating global travel arrangements and itineraries
• Ad hoc projects

Requirements:

• Strong MS Office skills, Word, Excel, Outlook
• Must be able to prioritise a variety of time-sensitive tasks
• Dependability, sense of urgency, and high attention to detail
• Confident multitasker
• Energetic, thrive in a fast moving environment, sense of achievement gained through delivering an amazing service.
