This is an office based role for someone who can deliver strong warm customer service with a creative positive attitude. As a Customer Care Consultant you will:

• Provide a exceptional all round customer service experience
• Resolve all customer enquires timely and professional manner
• Ensure all customer communication is on-brand
• Communicate effectively and passionately within a team
• Work with other department and showroom if needed

Personal attributes:

• 1 year in customer service role
• Excellent listening and communication skills both written and verbal
• Keeping calm when under pressure
• With the ability to problem solve and prioritise workload effectively
• Good knowledge of Excel & Mac proficiency
• Organised and self-motivated
