£26,000 - £30, 000 per hour

THE COMPANY: This global investment firm is looking for a Corporate Receptionist to join their team ASAP.  You will be part of a friendly and professional team that are very hardworking.

 

THE ROLE: You will be joining a busy and corporate reception desk and your daily duties will include:

• Answering and transferring calls
• Fielding calls
• Meeting and greeting clients and visitors
• booking meeting rooms
• Ordering taxis and couriers
• Ordering stationery
• Preparing meeting rooms

 

THE PERSON: As this role is extremely busy our client will require candidates with previous Reception experience in a fast paced environment.  You should also meet the following requirements:

• Available immediatly (no notice period or currently unemployed)
• Experience as a Corporate Receptionist
• Experience booking meeting rooms and transfering calls
• A friendly and personable attitude
• Be able to present yourself professionally
