A prestigious International Law Firm is looking to hire a new Admin Assistant to work within the growing Corporate team, assisting the PAs and Fee-Earners with all administrative support including digital dictation, copy typing, photocopying, scanning and assisting the PAs with secretarial cover.  Responsibilities will include monitoring and ensuring consistent running of printers, to include keeping them topped up with paper throughout the day and ensuring toners are replaced and re-ordered, monitor, tidy and ensure an adequate stock of stationery items on each floor, to assist, where appropriate, with e-filing, specifically in connection with helping to file historical emails, to ensure that the archiving of files is carried out in accordance with the Firm's procedures within a timely manner.. to assist PAs with completing expenses, travel arrangements, file opening processes and contact entries as appropriate, to provide high level diary management as and when required.  Candidates must have previous experience working in a customer service environment with the interest in working in a city law firm, previous office experience is desirable.  Candidates must have an excellent telephone manner, first class communication skills and experience using Microsoft Office Packages.  This is a fantastic opportunity for an ILEX college leaver.  Standard hours are 9.30am – 5.30pm.
