A well-established Asset Management firm in central London is looking for a bright Spanish speaking Receptionist. This role would suit an organised and experienced individual within corporate administration with fantastic interpersonal skills. The working hours are 8:00am – 17:00pm.

Responsibilities:

  • Meet, greet and registering visitors
  • Ensuring the reception desk and meeting rooms are tidy and organised
  • Managing the meeting room booking system, including requests, resolving clashes, owning pre meeting preparation and post-meeting clear down
  • Setting up lunch meetings and ordering any food required
  • Assisting with audio-visual department to ensure smooth VC connections worldwide
  • Arranging taxis for staff and guests as needed
  • Opening, date stamping and distribution of all post as well as handling all courier deliveries and dispatches

Requirements:

  • Fluency in Spanish and English
  • Corporate experience in running front of house ensuring top level of service is provided
  • Exceptional organisation and attention to detail
  • Polished presentation and welcoming approach
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Excellent interpersonal and relationship building skills
