PA

Join a large scale, international and dynamic media and entertainment company as PA within a growing and commercially-minded team. This is a fast-paced 1:1 role where you will be responsible for all aspects of your Exec’s professional life. 

More than a traditional PA role, success in this role requires first class client service & project management capabilities to ensure the continuation of long-term client relationships and partnerships. 

In this dynamic, demanding and fast-paced environment, we are looking for a PA who is able to hit the ground running, have sound commercial & marketing acumen. 

Responsibilities include but not limited to:

• Day to day organisational support - managing an extremely busy diary across multiple time zones. Ensure all logistics (meeting room, catering, travel etc.) are in place
• Keeping track of priorities and actions, and delegating & communicating on behalf of your Exec 
• Build genuine, collaborative relationships with key stakeholders within the business
• Business research prior to meetings, business development strategy and speaking to potential new clients
• Managing existing relationships as well as identify new meeting opportunities
• Organise events – both small and large scale; managing invitations, partake in logistics and organisation of the VIP hospitality suite

• Proven PA experience in a fast-paced, demanding environment
• Someone who is able to build strong, genuine & collaborative relationships with stakeholders, both internal & external. 
• High level of emotional maturity, organisation and attention to detail
• A strong work ethic and a roll up their sleeves attitude
• Approachable and friendly, with a calm demeanour despite the pressure of competing deadlines
