A brand new, part-time role has been created with one of our exceptional Interior Design clients based in Notting Hill. This is an established company with projects across the globe, now looking for an experienced part-time PA/Administrator with an interest in marketing.

Working in a highly creative environment this newly created part-time role to provide PA support where a broad set of organisational and systems skills will be utilised and progressed further.

The part-time PA/Marketing role is a varied one where a highly organised, detail individual will support the Director and Head of Studio with the following:

• Travel arrangements and itineraries
• Diary management
• Social Media updating and content creation
• Managing marketing material and images and creating presentations
• Database management
• General administrative support to the team.

Skills that are essential to the role include an excellent set of communication and organisational skills, the ability to juggle a range of responsibilities and prioritising effectively alongside a naturally hardworking and adaptable approach.

Technical expertise including good working knowledge of MS Office (particularly PowerPoint and Excel) combined with InDesign, Illustrator or Photoshop skills is needed.

Kindly note that this is a prt-time position, with the expectation that you will be based in the Notting Hill office.
