EA to CEO

We have just taken on an exceptional role for a Board level EA to support the CEO and Non-exec Chairman of a highly successful FTSE 100 investment firm based in Mayfair. This is a medium sized but global firm described as a work hard play hard environment - it is a truly great place to work.

It is a largely traditional business focused and very busy right-hand support role, where you will be relied on heavily to ensure your CEOs day runs without a hitch. His diary is back to back and changes constantly on top of which everyone wants his time, therefore they are looking for someone who is exceptionally organised, good at prioritising and an approachable gatekeeper who will think nothing of running out to collect dry cleaning whilst booking a flight to the Far East and liaising with stakeholders and board members. Nothing should be too much trouble.

As well as searching for a wonderful CEO / Board Level PA they are looking for someone with a cracking sense of humour, who is sociable and a non-hierarchical team player.

In return you will be rewarded with a salary of up to £80k as well as a competitive benefits package including discretionary bonus. Standard hours are 9am-6pm with some flexibility required (this is not a 24/7 role).
