EA - 9-12 month Maternity cover

We have just taken on a lovely 9 - 12 month maternity cover role working for a small Private Equity company based in Mayfair. This is a fantastic opportunity for a star Executive Assistant to work in a great office with an extremely low turnover of staff. This is a traditional EA role covering duties including extensive diary management, frequent international travel arrangements, organisation of meetings and allocation of expenses. The office has a lovely culture with an emphasis on team work among the assistants so you must also be happy to help out with answering the door, stocking the printer, and making sure the office and meeting rooms are kept tidy.

The EA they are looking for will be a team player happy to muck in with anything whilst balancing a traditional EA role. You must have impeccable attention to detail and a collaborative can-do attitude!

In return you will be rewarded with a competitive salary of up to £50k, excellent medical care, pension, 25 days holiday and free lunch everyday! The core hours are 9am – 6pm but they are ideally looking for someone who can be there from 8:30am.
