Requirements:
- Ideally 2 years experience as within a similar role
- Exceptional academic background essential
- Independent and self-motivated work ethic

- Strong customer service focus
- Excellent organisational skills
- Solid written and verbal communication skills
- High level of attention to detail
Responsibilities:
- Coordinate meeting room reservations
- Welcoming visitors
- Maintain meeting rooms and reception area
- Answer all incoming calls to the main line
- Provide secondary backup phone coverage to all extensions
- Make and confirm restaurant reservations, book car services, couriers, place catering orders
- Prepare catering for breakfast/lunch meetings
- Sort and distribute daily post, parcels and papers, and manage outgoing post/couriers
