Boutique FinTech firm based in Mayfair is looking to recruit a Client Support Executive to join their dynamic and growing team to provide concierge-style support to their A-list business users. Working within a busy and energised environment, you will be a genuinely valued member of the company, where its people are at the centre of their business
This is a great opportunity for a confident communicator with an interest in Tech. There is real potential for growth – towards more senior client servicing roles or work in product development.
Responsibilities
- Provide excellent customer support to their extensive list of global clients including many FTSE companies
- Building and maintaining strong working relationships with clients
- Responding to customers promptly via email and over the phone
- Troubleshooting and providing technical support (including app support) to customers
- Managing client expectations with regards to technical support and the service
- Escalating issues when required
Requirements
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- A customer-focused attitude and willingness to go above and beyond
- Confident liasing with clients at all levels including UHNWIs and VIPs
- Sharp attention to detail and the ability to identify issues intuitively
- Flexible and adaptable to change
- Ability to work out of hours when required
- No technical experience required
- Excellent MS Office skills
- Salary dependent on experience
