A well-established and prestigious Asset is looking for an experienced and CIPD qualified HR Manager to work in a small team supporting an office of circa. 200 in the City.
You will be dedicated, hardworking and passionate about delivering exceptional service to the business.
Responsibilities:
- Employee relations; conducting performance reviews and managing absences and advising on grievances
- Remuneration; supporting and engaging in the annual cycle of pay reviews and bonuses ensuring that changes are communicated efficiently to the relevant stakeholder(s)
- Recruitment; supporting the business by coordinating recruitment processes on behalf of hiring managers
- Managing HR records
- Mentor and support the training of the HR Assistant
- Managing HR projects
Requirements:
- CIPD Level 7 qualified or equivalent.
- Experience within a similar, generalist role in Financial Services
- Experience of managing Benefits packages
- Broad knowledge of employment law and employee relations
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- High level of discretion, confidentiality and ethical business behaviour
- Strong educational background
