A well-established and prestigious Asset is looking for an experienced and CIPD qualified HR Manager to work in a small team supporting an office of circa. 200 in the City.

You will be dedicated, hardworking and passionate about delivering exceptional service to the business.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Employee relations; conducting performance reviews and managing absences and advising on grievances
  • Remuneration; supporting and engaging in the annual cycle of pay reviews and bonuses ensuring that changes are communicated efficiently to the relevant stakeholder(s)
  • Recruitment; supporting the business by coordinating recruitment processes on behalf of hiring managers
  • Managing HR records
  • Mentor and support the training of the HR Assistant
  • Managing HR projects

 

Requirements:

  • CIPD Level 7 qualified or equivalent.
  • Experience within a similar, generalist role in Financial Services
  • Experience of managing Benefits packages
  • Broad knowledge of employment law and employee relations
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • High level of discretion, confidentiality and ethical business behaviour
  • Strong educational background
