Office Manager / EA responsibilities
- Diary and meeting management
- Booking team travel, accommodation and visa applications
- Contacting overseas offices, carrying out conference calls including Skype
- Liaising with staff, suppliers and clients
- Organising & planning exhibitions
- Preparing letters, presentations and reports
- On boarding new staff, making introductions, setting up systems, organising everything a new member of staff will need
- Using a variety of software packages (Word, PowerPoint, Excel)
- Petty cash & expenses
