Front of House Supervisor

We are currently working with one of London’s top hair and beauty salons on an incredible opportunity for a passionate and highly organised Front of House Supervisor to join a vibrant salon situated in a fashionable area of central London.
As Front of House you will be the face of the salon and the first point of contact for all visitors. In this role you will be working closely with the team, ensuring the smooth running of the salon and assisting stylists with their bookings, communication skills are a crucial part of this role so they are looking for someone upbeat, well presented and extremely clients facing.

The role:
- Effectively handle all calls dealing with them with the highest of standards
- Following procedures and etiquette to guarantee the smooth running of the salon
- Ensure the salon’s image is immaculate
- Be a great organiser with excellent communication skills with the ability to stay calm under pressure in an ever-changing environment.
- Previous experience in hospitality / retail is beneficial but not essential.
