A superb opportunity for an impressive EA to support the legendary TV Producer of one of the most successful independent production companies in the UK.
Based South of the river, this role is supporting a very successful Founder and they need someone who can run a tight ship and crack on with discretion and without micromanagement.
This is a dual EA/OM role and will involve the following:
- Support to include : Organisation of internal and external meetings; travel, expenses, calendar, international conference calls, diary management and organisation of personal matters
- Filing and organising of Grahams paperwork and outlook system
- Liaising with senior broadcasters, agents and talent on a regular basis
- Organisation of various Awards from beginning of process to end - application forms, clip tapes, co-ordination of tables and invites
- Updating the So TV website at regular intervals
- Management of petty cash including reconciliation
- Collating CV's for productions and scheduling interviews
Additionally, you will run the office and ensure everything is under control at all times. You will be responsible for recruitment, onboarding, IT Management (liaising with IT company) and Facility Management. It is crucial that you are commercially savvy as well and are on top of the finances.
They are looking for someone who is an adept communicator with emotional intelligence who can quickly establish strong working relationships and no when to tone it up and tone it down. A sense of urgency and initiative is paramount in this role, the Founder and the office needs someone who is unflappable who is capable of spinning lots of plates at once. Occasionally, there will be times when things don't go to plan so you need to already have a plan B or think of crisis management as a walk in the park.
This is a terrific opportunity for a diplomatic, charming EA who can support with utmost precision and who will enjoy the variety and different elements of the role.
You MUST have previous experience in a production company, preferably smaller where you are familiar with the all hands on deck approach.
Ideally, you will be available to start immediately though we will consider those with max 1 months' notice.
