A temporary pert time position has become available with this private University within their Student Management Centre. We are on the lookout for a personable and enthusiastic Student Enquiries Officer to join the team and act as an ambassador for the organisation. This role is based in Central Manchester.

What will you be doing?

As a Student Enquiries Officer, you will be based front of house dealing with student queries and handling reception. You will also help with the study centre, preparing rooms for classes and tutorials. This is a very hands on role where you will be interacting with the students as well as faculty staff member.

About you?

This role is going to suit someone who is bright, engaging on the phone and have excellent customer service and have a willingness to find out more about students who are looking for some guidance. You will be polite and open with your communication, coming across as enthusiastic and empathetic.

This is a part time position paying £10 per hour.
