Senior Programme Manager
With an ever-expanding number of apprentices out on work placements with clients all year round, we are looking for a programme Manager to be responsible for ensuring that operational practices are adhered to and iterated in order to create an excellent student and client experience.

What will you be doing?
As a key part of the commercial department, you will be working closely with internal departments and with their clients, acting as a key point of contact between the Head of Client Services for Financial Services and the client to ensure on-boarding, on programme and roll off are followed properly and diligently ensuring an excellent student experience. Key tasks include managing the on-boarding of apprentices, undertaking projects, managing queries and complaints, administering feedback surveys, producing management information and drafting client wide communications. You will act as an ambassador for the university both internally and externally communicating and promoting the vision and direction of the company.
About you?
This role will suit someone who is organised, personable, pro-active and detailed-orientated who enjoys working as part of a team and has the ability to work independently. You will need to have proven experience in the operational management of training programmes, ideally apprenticeships and a track record of managing successful relationships with clients. Project management experience and being able to manage complex activities to tight deadlines will help you be successful in this role.

This is a full time position paying up to £45,000, depending on experience.
